* Doing God’s work our duty (Luke 17:10).

* God approves of those who do His will (Matt. 7:21).

* Work out your salvation (Phil. 2:12)

* Book of James teaches importance of works/obedience. Abraham and Rahab justified by their actions (Jas. 2:21-25)

* I Peter 1:22 – we’ve purified our souls by obeying the truth.
